Belong at Home (formerly Community Home Care) is a trusted, local not‑for‑profit provider of aged care and Support at Home services across the South West of Western Australia. With offices in Bunbury, Busselton, Bridgetown, Collie, Donnybrook and Margaret River, we support older people to live safely, independently and with confidence in their own homes.

We provide aged care at home through the Support at Home (SaH) program, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), as well as a small number of private and brokered services. Our services are designed to adapt to individual needs, helping people remain supported, informed and in control of their care at home.

Founded by volunteers in 1981 at our Busselton site, Belong at Home was built on a simple belief, that people deserve quality care, dignity and genuine support close to home. That belief continues to guide everything we do today as a community‑based, not‑for‑profit organisation.
