Chief Executive Officer
Michelle joined Belong at Home as their CEO in March 2024. She is an experienced CEO, a Registered Nurse and has over 20 years executive leadership experience in the health, aged care and training sectors.
Michelle is committed to excellence through innovation and continuous improvement anchored around core values. She advocates for ageing positively and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Michelle is passionate about empowering staff members, providing job-relevant learning and development experiences.
Octavia Woodfield
Finance Manager
Octavia joined Belong at Home in May 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise in finance and business management. With an MBA qualification and CPA certification under her belt, Octavia is passionate about leveraging her financial expertise to support Belong at Home’s mission.
With over 20 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses across the construction, manufacturing, and non-profit aged care sectors, Octavia is excited to be back in the non-profit sector and making a significant contribution to the community. Her extensive background ensures that Belong at Home continues to achieve its financial goals and sustain its mission to serve the community effectively.
Julie Cooper
Operations Manager
Prior to her current role, Julie was the Executive Officer of BESS in Busselton and Margaret River and has extensive and valuable experience in the Aged and Community Care sector.
Julie’s role at Belong at Home is to ensure we provide the highest possible standard of quality care and support services to our clients at all our locations throughout Western Australia’s South West.

Sheree Jones
People & Culture Manager
Sheree joined the Belong at Home team in August 2021.
Sheree has been involved in HR for many years, managing large groups of staff in several senior management roles. Experienced in recruitment and selection, on boarding, performance management, coaching and mentoring, Sheree is passionate about developing and building a positive workplace culture. Sheree holds an Advanced Diploma in Management and a Diploma of Human Resources.
